Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Once your order is shipped, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.


Shipping Times

Delivery times vary by country. Here are our average timeframes:

  • New Zealand: 7–12 business days

  • Australia: 7–14 business days

  • United Kingdom: 7–14 business days

  • Canada: 8–15 business days

  • Other countries: 10–20 business days

Please note these are estimates. Delays may occur during peak periods, customs checks or unforeseen logistical issues.


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and current promotions.
We occasionally offer free shipping depending on ongoing offers.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email.
Tracking updates may take 2–5 days to become visible depending on the carrier.


Wrong Address or Missing Information

PetCleanse is not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

Most orders pass without additional fees.
